Katy Ray’s Farewell
Hey Tagg Fam,
It’s been a privilege to write, interview, and tell the stories of incredible queer women making a different in our community. From my first Femme Problems article in 2012 to my 2015 interview with Lea Delaria, to my last podcast episode with Tagg Nation, I have truly loved and cherished every moment of this endeavor. It’s been four years and 25 episodes of real talk and community connection that I’ll carry with me for a lifetime.
Everything has its season, and my season at Tagg Nation has come to an end. It’s time to focus on new adventures—most importantly, starting a family!
It’s been a privilege to write for our local queer women’s magazine and co-host the first year of Tagg Nation. Tagg captures a piece of the community like no other publication can, and I look forward to continuing to support its content as a reader and community organizer. Queer women’s spaces, both online and in real life, are invaluable to our community, and publications like Tagg are invaluable to space sustainability.
Tagg is committed to capturing diverse voices and telling the stories that matter most, so be sure to continue to click, share, like, comment, and connect. We have to stand united and continue to support the very businesses that support us.
It’s been a beautiful ride. Thank you for all the memories!
